Brian's Masonry

There really isn't much to say other than praise for the good work they completed. They quickly let us know what exactly had to be done and what they were going to do and did it. No more issues with it and it looks much better.

We were very cautious about who we hired for this project, due to the complexity of it. We needed the past brick work removed and new window sills installed. We had a very particular finish that we wanted, with Indiana limestone sills and a rock face finish with machined water drip edge. Brian promised us that this would not be a problem and certainly lived up to his word. The project was very extensive with 20 windows being done. The quality of work was beyond our expectations.

I work from home so my concern was that them doing some chimney work for me would get in the way. However, they did not disturb me at all and I was very pleasantly surprised. They were in and out very quickly and cleaned up amazingly. Left everything exactly the way they found except for the chimney which is looking much better, sturdier and has no more leaking issues and such.

We purchased a "heritage home" that needed a significant amount of work. They helped us with the brick restoration on the front and south side wall as well as tuck pointing where necessary. We could not have been happier with the outcome. The color matching was perfect and it is practically impossible to notice the difference. Great sense of humor and some of the kindest workers.

We were having a very serious problem with our chimney which was falling apart and needed it fixed from the roofline up. I was concerned that their could be potential collateral damage to the house however, Brian assured me and explained to me how everything will be done to make sure nothing is broken in the process. They were extremely careful when setting up the scaffolding and materials. I am very happy with the way the chimney turned out and with the matching of the materials! Brian double checked personally that everything was cleaned up carefully and I could not thank him enough for his, and his teams, precision and care.

Very well done job and very polite workers. The chimney came out looking perfectly and we are very satisfied with their choice in top quality materials. It came out looking pristine and matches the house very well. Due to having children around the house we asked if everything could be as clean as possible to avoid any potential issue. They left with our house looking better then when they came and we would absolutely recommend them.

We were preparing for the winter and making sure our fireplace was fine, when we ran into problems with the smoke blowing back into our house. We called Brian, he sent someone down to take a look almost immediately, who went over everything and gave us an estimate on the spot. Within two weeks we had our smoke and chimney issues fixed and sorted out, as well as brand new liners installed because our old clay liners were falling apart. We can now enjoy our fireplace without any worries.

Brian’s Masonry is now our go to masonry company. We purchased a home that needed some fixing and Brian’s Masonry helped us fix our windows sills, and red brick walls that had cracks. Due to the age of the house they helped us take some preventative measures to ensure we wouldn’t have any troubles in the future. Furthermore Brian suggested the ideal company to work on our driveway and it worked out perfectly.
