Poor service

A service tech visited , he pressured the me to make an immediate decision based his quote.He was not even ready to listen me , Also, he was not even came as per the window he provided.. Because of his late visit I was late for work . He was keep calling I trusted my work. Also he pressured me make an immediate decision and forced me send his service charge more than asked price. Fir changing two spring and end plates he charged $545 plus teachers plus labour plus device charge . I said I need some times. But he forced me either make a sudden. I said I will let him now within two days . But the technician said if he come back he charge another service charge plus above mentioned charge if do t take sudden decisions.
After that he survived a lot and send a long message I trusted my work and he was keep calling in my phone., not even give breathing time send his charges through e transfer.He accused me and given me mental pressure . Such king of tech will be a curse for the companies. I am goi g to post his convertin face book too

Unfortunately this customer doesn't seem to have dealt with trades or contractors before. Customer initially contacted us and sent pictures to know how much the work will cost. She was clearly and REPEATEDLY quoted a service call charge which is a standard practice for all service companies. When we send out a fully prepared tech with a work truck we are reserving a time frame for that specific customer when he could have gone to another customer in need of our service. We also pay for that tech's time and gas. Customer initially said that opener arm bracket that connects to door broke off. Somehow she conveniently sent several pictures that DIDN'T show that she had a broken spring on a double size door (2x springs) which also bent the end plates. The door is a cardboard type which needed reinforcement in the middle. When tech called her to explain what needed to be done she immediately resorted to yelling and threatening. Tech tried to calm her down and explained why the parts were needed and tried to offer a discount where applicable but customer refused to listen and said she will get someone else to do the work. Tech then asked for service call charge as per agreement and she reduced the amount by $30 on her own despite it being clear from the get go. Tech reluctantly agreed so he can go to his next job. Tech later on waited for 45min to get paid while son and husband left the premises without paying. Naturally tech became anxious and insisted that he get paid but customer kept delaying despite mentioning from the beginning that it will only take her 3 minutes to send payment from the time she received the invoice. The Son who is a grown man came back later and noticed the tech was still waiting in the driveway and when tech complained that he needs to get paid for his time, the son apologised on behalf of the mother and offered to pay the service charge himself. Customer became furious when tech informed her that payments was made and that she no longer need to send payment. Not sure what our company is supposed to do when customer is rude and refuses service & to pay agreed upon amount while distracting our tech with unnecessary threats of negative reviews and back and forth messages. Our techs are available to offer professional service but not at the cost of being disrespected and have there time needlessly wasted causing them in turn to be late for other paying customers and lose work opportunities in the process.!!?
Overall terrible experience despite our best efforts. Posting a bad review is like adding insult to injury!
