Refinish living room, dining room and stairs
First must say Joseph is one of the most down to earth and nice and honest contractors Ive ever met. Will be using him again!
He initially came and quoted for the project saying my old floors that looked so worn out would look beautiful being refinished instead of being replaced.
He worked diligently over three days sanding the floors the first day, then the second finishing sanding and applying the first of three layers of a water based finish. After the initial sanding he also covered the entire floor in a light layer of wood filler to fill any imperfections before the
final sanding.
One of the things he did was after he sanded he put down four sample stains (some oil based some water) which really helped us decide what we wanted. We ended up going for a clear finish.
