We are a seemingly normal family of 4, who drive Hondas, live in a 2500 sqft home, and have no previous connection with TEK Climate. We were running 3 separate portable air conditioning units in our bedrooms before having central air installed by TEK Climate. We saw TEKs promotion on Facebook and decided to contact them for an estimate. We had Ryan over and he was very personable, explained the process/models very clearly, and was not pushy in anyway. We spent the next week calling Ryan and Chris with numerous phone calls asking questions. The number of phone calls may have begun to get annoying to most people, however, each phone call/question was patiently answered in great detail. There was a point when we were deciding between 2 models, Ryan recommended that we get the cheaper one as he reported they were both virtually the same, but the lower priced model would save us $150. This was a true testament of their devotion to the customer, as they valued my satisfaction over their bottom line.
On install day, the team arrived on time, consulted the process with us, respected the home, and cleaned up after themselves. I am a pretty picky person who likes jobs done right. TEK met my strict standards; for example, the install was straight, beads of caulking were smooth, and taped areas was smooth and free of wrinkles.
Oh ya, and our house is icy cold!
