My garage door suddenly stopped opening all the way yesterday. Youtube search helped me understand the root cause of this issue, which was broken garage door spring (thanks to awesome youtube video by proclaimliberty2000). Another google search led me to Premium Plus Garage Doors Ltd and based on their positive reviews on Google and Homestars called them. It was Hicham who spoke with me on the phone, he diagnosed the problem on the call, asked me to share the garage door pics with him and gave me a quote to fix the spring. I thought the quote was reasonable and accepted his quote to confirm work. As scheduled Hicham came by today morning promptly to complete the replacement of the broken springs and fixed my garage door. In my interaction with him, found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed reliable. He also looked at other minor issues, if any, with my garage door, left a garage door lubricant for me at no additional cost. Based on my positive experience I do recommend his services!
