Ms20. Clean

Usually wash my own walls but getting too old. This company exceeded my expectations! On time, professional and extremely thorough. I will use this service again and will recommend to family and friends.

The cleaning company Ms20. Clean cleaned my house very good! I like the team. It’s a huge house and I wouldn’t never do it alone! I’ll order them next time for sure!

Natalia did a great job with my apartment. The place was spotless and she was very pleasant to work with. I will absolutely continue to use them! I have a dog that sheds and there's not one hair in sight! I'm very happy with the work done.

She is simply excellent. I wish I met her before. She not only came at the hour I needed her (instead of telling me she only works from 11-2) and finished her work at exactly the amount of time I was told it would take. She did a superb job. Highly highly highly recommend!

We were looking for a new cleaning company on Home Stars and found this wonderful company. We have used them twice now and will continue to use for regular cleanings every few weeks. Two polite and friendly ladies who are punctual and professional. They do an excellent and thorough cleaning and the house sparkles when they are done. They clean with expertise especially things like the wood floors, piano and antique wood furniture which other past cleaning companies have not handled with care. They bring all their own supplies which is very efficient and convenient. The owner is also very nice to deal with. We would highly recommend this company for all your cleaning needs!!

Unreliable--they texted the night before they were to clean (only the second time they were coming to our house) to say that only one person would be coming, yet the rate would remain the same. The first cleaning was satisfactory, but if they can't even come the second time as per their commitment (two people for 3 hours), I would never recommend them. In fact, I found them additional work, to clean a friend's house after mine, and they can't honour that commitment either. Profoundly disappointing.

Ms20 showed immediate interest in my service request even though I had contacted other companies local to Richmond Hill. I didn't even know Ms20 existed until they reached out to me. Their responses were pleasantly prompt and worked with my hasty schedule to move out. They were the only ones to provide services for all of my requests (below) and by far the most cost effective.

I'm very happy with the quality of the work by the Ms20 cleaner. I was given a flat charge for 2 hours of work, but she was there for well over that without any surcharge. I requested cleaning before moving out of the house on short notice. Two floors of tile and carpet needed vacuuming and sweeping of pet hair, including a living room, basement, kitchen, 1 washroom and a bedroom. A sofa set needed cleansing of pet hair and urine. The refrigerator reeked of raw pet foods, which was cleaned thoroughly by the service.

I did not have high expectations for the type of work that needed to be done, despite the positive reviews. I am quite impressed by Ms20 and cannot recommend them enough. I will certainly be using them again when needed.
