Buzz Boss

Update 2022 - I have been using this service for mosquitoes and spiders for a few summers now and the spray does exactly what it is supposed to. This is great. However - I am still struggling with their lack of communication between their customer service people and their with the guys who do the work. I can't say that I would recommend them any more until they improve this aspect of their business. All I want is a time frame as to when they will come to the house as I have dogs that need to be secured. A text with a heads up is all I need. They say what day but that it's. It could be anytime in that day.

I have to say the spraying works to keep bugs away. I had to have them come out a few times a month last summer after initially signing up.
However, I found it hard to communicate with them. To get them to come out, and let you know when they would be coming was tricky. If they could improve on this - I'd give them higher marks. So - I'd say 5 stars for the product working, and 3 for their communication.
Oct 2021 - I tried them again this summer and spoke the area manager about a few things. It was hit and miss to get a heads up that they were here to do the work so I could unlock the gate, but overall it worked out and I'll use them next year again.

I pre-paid for service over the summer. They have not shown up for services. They do not respond to request for an explanation or a service. After multiple attempts to reach them they responded saying they are trying to arrange service in my area and will let me know when they can come. Problem is I already paid for the service and they didn't show up the month before either and did not address my question about how can they take my money and not do the service. STAY AWAY!!! They take your money happily but then do nothing.

We had an ant infestation to say the least and I was totally at a loss for what to do. I called Buzz Boss and they came out immediately. The friendly fast service was amazing and the ant issue, along with mosquitos and other pests was gone immediately. What I love is they come back monthly in case anything happens to live!! and guarantee that the pests will be gone. I literally had an infestation that took over my yard and made my kids and I SCREAM and not want to be in any part of the yard. It was almost eerily how well this worked and pets were safe in the yard afterwards. I must mention I tried everything from toxic killers to organic and this was all that worked

Love not having to worry about the mosquitos when we spend time in our yard. It makes summer way more enjoyable. i highly recommend this company to anyone with bug problems.

Buzz Boss came and sprayed the Buzz Ground perimeter control last fall and again this spring. I have not had a spider in my house or garage since last fall. As I do not like spiders AT ALL, I'm very thrilled with the result.

Amazing - my entire family are fans! Thank you Buzz Boss for saving me and my family from these pesky, dangerous, annoying bugs!!! Their service has been extraordinary, allowing us to enjoy the outdoors again. You are my real life super hero!
