Basement window well boarded up from inside.
My request was to make it aesthetically pleasing to look at from the outside. Although the opening was not a regular size Chase did a great job.

Didnt pay for this. My son did. The contractor source an appropriate latch, selected and installed a lock box and modified the door to make the latch work. Smart problem solving.
