Excellent Home Inspection Services

Home Inspection review in Edmonton

Overview provided a home inspection as part of my purchase process. Pierre was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about home construction. He provided a thorough inspection of the property and took a lot of time going over areas of concern with me. His inspection report was meticulous, comprehensive and very useful. Purchasing a home is a huge investment and it is essential to be aware of all issues that need addressing. I am confident in my decision because of the service Pierre provided. I recommend this company to anyone purchasing a home.

Unsatisfactory home inspection

Home Inspection review in Edmonton

We had a terrible experience with this home inspector. We would not recommend using his services. When we brought the issue to his attention we were asked to sign a contract stating we would not leave a negative review for a refund of roughly $300. The repairs we must do are considerably more than what was offered.
