Arjay came the second day after the initial call. He quickly identified the issue and the door was up and running in no time. He’s pretty upfront with pricing and no hard selling at all. Will definitely contact him again if there is anything else I want to do with garage doors.

Garage door came off track and a panel cracked. Emailed several companies explaining the situation. AVF Residential was the first to respond via email, text and call. Within several hours Arjay and his brother came by to assess and give a quote. They gave us the options of either repairing the immediate damage or replacing the door, track, rollers and all for a package price. Arjay helpfully explained and pointed out that a repair could be done, but the door itself was rotted, so any repairs would not last long. After a bit of negotiation Arjay was able to offer the package deal of removing the old door and replacing it, the track, rollers and everything else. After looking around and dealing with a few questionable companies we settled on AVF Residential. It was the right choice! 2 days later Tony came by to do the installation. He was a bit late from other jobs. However, it was expected as Arjay had informed us previously of their busy schedule and also messaged me of they were running behind. Tony got the job done in the time they estimated and was very professional, courteous and patient in explaining everything.
Also, I really appreciated how honest Tony was. Taking out the new door from packaging he noticed a slight cosmetic defect, pointed it out to me
and assured me they would return to replace in a few weeks. All in all my family and I are very pleased with the work. It's like AVF gave us a brand new garage=:)
