David is one of the most kind people I have ever met. His schedule is tight so please work with his timeline, or you might just find someone else if you're extremely urgent. David went steps ahead for me by covering the floor from the paints and vacuum for me at the end. The rate is reasonable and you don't have to ask anything more.

The job was to remove an old countertop, replace old drywall with new drywall for a backsplash and install a new kitchen sink. All Dunn Maintenance goes above and beyond. After he removed the old countertop, he provided us with sheets of masonite we could use as a "substitute" until the new one arrived. His work is excellent. He cleaned up thoroughly. And finally he texted, to make sure everything was OK, after he finished. Tradesmen don't get any better than this. If you hire All Dunn Maintenance, you've hired the very best.

We had a number of small handyman/contractor projects that needed to be done to prepare our home for listing, and David was recommended to us by our realtor. The job included things like removing a wall mounted shelf and patching and painting the wall, removing a baby gate from a wall and stair railing post, and patching and painting both, restraining a banister rail, replacing the sealer in a shower, patching up a few old water marks on a ceiling, etc. David was great to deal with, meticulous and did a fantastic job. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future, or to recommend him to family and friends.

Dave was meticulous with sealing the area to prevent making a mess in the rest of my house - he then scraped, primed, patched, primed again and painted.

I'm renovating my kitchen & David did the tear out of my old kitchen, giving me many tips along the way. Finding reliable, honest people to do work related to my reno, or who will do smaller jobs, has been the most frustrating experience ever.
