From even the quoting stage he arrived when he said he would, quickly wrote down everything we were discussing, and submitted to a formal quote to us within 24 hours. Although he wasn't THE cheapest, he was still highly competitive and the difference in professionalism was DRASTIC.
When he began the work he showed up with a small army who worked quickly and cleanly.
When we discovered that we would have to create a junction box instead of rewire some lights as originally planned, he only charged us his cost for this change.
When the other trades were finally done and we were ready for him to come back, again he showed up for an inventory, and returned the following week with his small army who amazingly got all of the remaining work done in 1 day.
