I booked in advance three days for a 30 yard bin to be delivered for the morning so that my demo guys can start working. I was assured that they can even do same day drop off requested. To be honest the girl they have manning the phones does not seem like she knows what she is doing and not the best customer service.

Day of and no delivery in the morning. I call six times before getting through only to be told they might show up in a couple of hours. I told her its horrible business practice to not advise your clients when you cannot honour your end of the deal.

She said oh this is normal we can sometimes be days late and we cant control that.

So moral of story. Do not hire this company if you want any professionalism or anything on time.

Excellent! Great fast service! The lady in the phone was so awesome, helpful, and they got the bin to me quick! And picked it up quickly!!!!

Very bad service, Fanny its nice at the moment of the transaction but once they have the money, she shows her real face and bad attitude.

Not the right people to stablish a good business relationship.

Not recommended at all.
