Installing over-the-range microwave
I had an excellent experience with Edward while getting our microwave installed. After reading the positive reviews, I decided to schedule an appointment with him, and I'm glad I did. Edward was accommodating and managed to fit me in the same week.
The installation required some pieces that didn't come with the microwave due to a novice mistake when I uninstalled the old microwave. I had initially planned to purchase these myself, but the one I bought didn't fit properly. To my surprise, Edward generously offered to provide the necessary duct and duct boot without any additional charge.
Throughout the process, Edward showed great patience and took the time to explain all the details to me. Within just an hour, he completed the entire job with utmost efficiency. I am very pleased with the level of service I received from Edward, and I can't recommend him highly enough.
