From the moment Edward arrived to install our Bosch 800 Series dishwasher, his relaxed demeanor put us at ease. He assessed the situation and very accurately determined how much bigger of an opening we would need in our adjacent cabinet for the drain hose, water line, and Bosch junction box. Id initially considered attempting the install myself, so I was curious to watch and Edward graciously invited me to pull up a chair and walked me through each step. What impressed me most (aside from his meticulous attention to detail), were the entertaining stories he incorporated throughout the process, making it an enjoyable, memorable experience. Edward has a rare gift for building rapport and will definitely be our first call when we need our next appliance repaired or installed. Great job!
