Few Shingles were found in my backyard and I wanted someone to check the damage on roof. LZroofing rep quickly replied and was able to come for inspection at no cost in few hours. He also checked the attic to make sure there is no mold set up due to small leak. He gave me proper advice and told me all the options to select from and did not act as a sales guy. I am very impressed with his professionalism and quick turnaround to fix the issue. I highly recommend LZroofing for any roof related repair or replacement. I know I will be contacting him for my future roof related work.

Levan was responsive and arrived on time for both the estimate and to do the work. His quote was reasonable, and he took some extra time to make sure the colour of the replacement material matched the existing flashing. Quality of the work looks excellent, payment was easy. Levan was extremely helpful, got back to us very quickly and did the job to our satisfication. Highly recommended.

Animals probably squirrels made a huge whole in our vent. It was plastic.
Levan replace it with metal. Thank goodness there was a screen below the vent that prevented the animals from getting in. However they made nests in the vent.
Also we had holes made by animals in the roofing and a giant 18" diameter hole from the rotating vent that fell off. Levan inspected our other vents and recommended just replacing this one with the same kind of vent not a solar one. He anchored it in with all kinds of cauking. He took photos of all of his work to show us exactly how he made all the repairs. he is supposed to send us the pictures and when we get them we will load them up.

I needed new vents installed on the roof for the exhaust fan installation. The bathrooms did not have fans before. I contacted Leo, he gave me a reasonable quote, showed up on time, and diligently completed the work. The first cut he made on the roof had a beam below so he had to patch and cut another one. He patched the first one and also patched roof near my chimney (even without me knowing or asking). He takes pride in his work. He took pictures to show the completed work.
