We redid our porch over the summer and needed new railings to conplement the new colour and style. When we met with Nick, Founder of Diamond Railing, in early October, we were immediately impressed with his warmth and attention to detail. He took a precise, methodical approach to our project, and made the time to understand our vision for the porch railings. While we'd received a number of estimates--and one or two of these estimates would've cost less, we moved forward with Diamond on the strength of their reviews, the quality of the work, and their competitive pricing.
Exactly four weeks after we paid our first deposit, the railings arrived and they are exactly as we imagined. The material and build are solid, and the colour matches the stone perfectly. On top of that, the installation only took around 90 minutes. Nick was communicative, diligent, and kind, as were the two installers (Dave and Steve). The workmanship is impeccable and the entire team treated our home with care. We couldn't be happier with the work and we highly recommend Diamond Railing. They're an absolute dream to work with and the railings look great.
