Julian and his team did a great job from start to finish. He talks straight and gives me full details and disclosure from the get go. His team showed up on time, did their job well and cleaned up after. The guys were all very friendly and shared tips on window frame painting, glass cleaning and even beer choices :). What impressed me most was Julian's honesty and integrity. He had promised to make best efforts to make the new windows fit my old, existing custom-made blinds. When it turned out that they won't fit even after cutting (at no cost to me), Julian paid for my new blinds! I highly recommend Comfort Windows!

The installer did a very good job. He made sure the windows are properly installed and insulated. The outside finishing is top notch. The new windows made my rooms look do much brighter and nice. I am very happy with what they did. The only thing I would like to be different is that if they used better quality of plywood for the window seat, then there will be less cracks and holes to be filled and sanded. That would make my painting job easier.

We had a total of 8 windows replaced recently. Julian from Comfort windows was great to deal with, very patient, explained and demonstrated our options very clearly.
The installation team did a very good job. Ours is an older home so it was a challenge to install but the guys stayed on task and the result is a very good looking window installation.
We were also able to re-use the existing window trim so that was a bonus.
All in all a very good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Julian if we replace other windows

Julian was very professional, patience and willing to go extra miles to meet with us at the manufacturer's site and answered all the questions we had. His crew did excellent job specially Ramesh. They came on time and installed the windows efficiently. The quality of workmanship is very good (neat/orderly). They also cleaned up all around afterwards as promised (used drop clothes everywhere). The price is reasonable and would hire them again. Highly recommended.

Ramesh and his installation crew were hard working, very experienced, professional, polite, and attended to detailed in every way. They showed respect to our belongings.

The team arrive on time, installation was quick and clean, the crew laid down dropclothes everywhere and cleaned up afterwards as well.
Overall process was relatively painless. The team was friendly and courteous. Julian was responsive and always reply to my email and voicemail. Would absolutely recommend them without question.

I got Comfort Windows & Doors Inc to replace 10 windows for my house. I gave Julian (the consultant) the rough measurements of my window openings and told him the type of windows I want. He was able to provide me a quote by email and the price was really reasonable. They ordered one window wrong by mistake but they re-ordered and fixed it after 2.5 weeks for me without additional cost. Overall, I'm satisfied with the new windows, friendliness of the contractors, and the quality of work.

We have an older home which was built in the late 50's and on the main floor had some original windows plus a number that were upgraded to double pane windows many years ago and wanted to replace them all. In the process of researching our options we looked at a number of contractors including smaller independent businesses, box stores, and national installers and wanted to upgrade to triple pane windows to improve comfort, reduce energy loss and improve our home's appearance. Assessing contractors and quotes is a challenging process - not something you want to do often. Learning who owns the quality of work and who is responsible is not something most contractors want to make clear - from my years of experience, I find it best to deal directly with one person who is knowledgeable, conscientious, and directly responsible for the project. We selected Comfort Windows because they are a smaller business directly responsible for the project and seemed to care about their work and customer satisfaction. We signed up with Julian and shortly afterwards a second crew arrived to complete the measurements and assess the project. Our assessment of the installation team was good, they were friendly and took the time to size up the project and learn about the challenges ahead. About a month later work began - interestingly, most other contractors said it would take 8 to 12 weeks before work begins claiming factory leadtimes even though it felt like there were probably other reasons. Being an older home that was strongly built, installation took longer than we hoped but the installers powered through the work trying to minimize disruption from a fairly disruptive process of tearing out the old window frames and preparing the rough opening for new ones. Julian dropped by during installation to assess progress and made great suggestions to minimize disruption and the installation team stayed friendly and thoughtful during the process. Exterior finishing was great because the windows fit tightly with minimal caulking gaps between the brickmold and the brick openings and the interior trim was all preprimed solid wood with better than average aesthetic details making for a great base for final paint. Looking back at the project, Julian said his quote would come in somewhere in the middle and it did and he stuck by it. During the installation, the installers never complained about the project or the challenges they encountered (which always happen - wow!) and when we felt like it was taking longer to install we asked them if that was going to cause a problem, they said no - they said Julian is first concerned about customer satisfaction and their reputation. Yes, I would recommend Comfort Windows.
