After the initial visit/quote and putting down a deposit, there was no other communication or status update of the garage door I ordered. After a month of not hearing from them, I had to reach out to get an update, but when I finally got hold of someone they had no recollection of my deposit and was rushed off the phone with no call back.
When the garage door finally got put in, the job was partly done leaving off the weatherstripping and big gaps on either side of the door letting in the elements. I had to contact them again to confirm if they were coming back to install them.
For $275 more and another week+ to get someone to come out to replace the siding around the garage door to install the weatherstripping. I don't understand why this was not mentioned during our initial visit/quote. Overall, the door looks great but the journey to getting there was pretty rough.
