Brent travelled to Blue Mountain Chrysler where my car had been towed from Barrie. My purse had been stolen at Georgian Mall and CAA had towed my car to Collingwood. There Brent made a key for my car and delivered it to my home in Wasaga Beach. I’m in my 80th year and felt extremely nervous to have lost my purse with its contents. Brent was very professional, but also quite kind and reassuring. I truly appreciate his compassion and excellent service.

Daughter arrived to cook Dad's BD dinner. Key would not unlock trunk and indoor trunk release would not work. Brent attempted several different ways to release trunk and finally had to remover passenger door lock to retrieve key # and made a new key. Happy ending to Dad's BD dinner.
