From start to finish, I was given accurate prices and information about what was causing the water leakages I was experiencing. Stuart quickly diagnosed the issues as being a faulty sump pump and a cracked window well and very logically went over the pros and cons of my various options with me. At no time did I ever feel like he was trying to "upsell" me on an extra product/service I didn't need.

We agreed on a course of action and Stuart and his team worked quickly to fix the problem before the next rainfall could cause more damage. Now, with everything repaired - my basement is always bone dry and I no longer have to worry about stepping in puddles after a major rainstorm.
