we gave Dave a 50% deposit to build and finish our cabana. he took the money but never showed up and we cannot reach him. watch out. do not trust him.

We contracted with Dave Ingham from Top-Notch Home Maintenance Ltd to build a deck. We had a signed contract by email and text. We met with him to take measurements. He asked for 50% deposit, we gave it by electronic interac transfer. He never showed up for the work in Halton Hills. I understand he also does work in Oakville, Georgetown, Acton, Brampton, Kitchener, and possibly Brantford, Ontario. He should not be allowed to own a business. He took our money and never performed the work. I am sure he has done this before.
