Lets start with the quoting process the gentleman o worked with was excellent and responded in a very timely manner. There was no pressure selling, which is an immediate turn off for me. Rather than pressuring me to choose the company for our move, he sent me lots of helpful hints regarding vendor selection and what to look for. After checking with about 6 other vendors, Power Moving won the quote, not only because they had one of the best price points, but the professionalism in the correspondence was impeccable.
About the move we were sent two extremely nice gentlemen for the move. They were friendly and very respectful of our possessions. There were a couple hiccups (no fault of theirs) and they were very responsible and reasonable in handling the situation. End of the day, the charge and the quote was very closely aligned based on what was discussed so I was very happy about that.
