Fixed what I was told could not be fixed
Ice maker in Samsung fridge stopped working. My regular appliance guy told me it could not be fixed. As summer began, we really wanted an ice maker, and I found Yevhen here on Homestars - I wanted an owner - operator because I have had bad experiences with the big companies Samsung recommends.
He came the next day, explained the problem, and offered us options.
We chose the simple solution, which he completed in an hour, and today we have ice!
After we paid him, he told us that if it doesn't work, he is going to refund us, which was completely unnecessary as he told us the risk of it not working and we decided to go ahead.
Moreover, he's a really nice, decent guy that you will feel comfortable having in your home.
