Dealt with Will the owner directly. He offered the best service we could ask for after our garage roof was leaking and destroying our contents. Over to stop the leak right away then the company communicated perfectly to have it replaced. Whole team; pleasant on the phone and the repair team was courteous and cleaned up well.

Older White Rock condo in need of shingles replacement and repair. Matt and his helper did a FAB. job in getting to very steep and difficult to get to (lots of trees and shrubs in the way) shingles. I was quoted a 2 day job, and yes, it was finished to my satisfaction in 2 days. Well done CANUCK ROOFING. You guys will be my first call if we do have any more roof or shingles damage.

The phone call was answered quickly, and a team arrived within 2 hours to fix our roofing problem. The service team members were courteous, professional and discovered other issues while on the roof and fixed them promptly. So, they did not only tend to the issue called for made sure the other areas of the roof were sound. Canuck Roofing was my 3rd call as I went down the list and the only ones to send a crew...all others said they would call us back in 3-4 business days. Right from the initial quote to the project, completion and then the follow-up inspection, Canuck Roofing was top-notch, professional and super friendly.

Scottie provided the quote and was our main contact and he was a sheer delight to work with. What an asset he is to the company! The Team arrived on time, was very courteous and worked through some of the hottest days in the summer (left cold drinks for them everyday) and then into some rain (which they had to pause for). Everyday, the Team cleaned up the yard, tools and equipment.

Scottie suggested that I didn't need the gutters replaced and that they would simply clean them out after the project (which they did a fine job on). Refreshing that a company was not up-selling us to run-up the invoice which speaks volume about the integrity of Canuck Roofing.

Since the roof has been completed, I've had so many compliments on the look of the house.

I'll be honest, Canuck did not have the lowest bid for our roofing job, they were somewhere in the middle. What they did have was the most complete quote with a very high quality product.
We had to re-do our roof in October so it took longer as we had to wait for days in a row without rain in the forecast, but they watched the forecast very closely monitored the weather and were there working every chance they could.
When we had a problem a few months later (it was not directly related to the roof job), we contacted them on a Sunday night and they were there Monday morning to fix the problem.

Found a leak this morning in a bedroom ceiling. After going into the attic, we found that water was leaking down a plumbing stack. Called Canuck Roofing and spoke with Will (very courteous and helpful) who was able to send someone within 2 hours. Kenny provided excellent service. He found the plumbing stacks needed to be re-caulked and one boot had to be replaced. He did an inspection of the entire roof, found a few nails that also needed to be caulked. He did all the work in less than an hour and provided photos for us. Kenny was very knowledgeable and friendly. Price was exactly what was quoted. We would HIGHLY recommend Canuck Roofing! Thank you!
