Just wanted to share a very positive experience I had with this company. I have a washing machine at one of our tenant properties which was leaking water, and explained to Dimitry the problem. He was kind enough to get a very capable and professional technician named Taras over to the property within the next 24 hours. After arriving at the unit at the beginning of the 6-10 time window (appreciate the punctuality) I received a phone call with an estimate to replace the hose on the washing machine, clearly outlining the issue and total cost. After giving my approval, the problem was solved within the hour. What was an initially stressful situation turned into a very satisfying conclusion.
