Was a bit disappointed with the scheduling... the original service call window was missed. Was given a 4 hour window, waited the whole time and got a phone call in the last 7 minutes of the call window apologizing that the repair man won’t make it, we’ll no duh. Did reschedule for another day, got another 4 hour window... got a bit nervous to be honest that once again no one was going to show. Fortunately Taras came, and I’m so glad he did! Nice, friendly and professional. He was quick and clean. He explained what the problem was, plugged drain pipe, and that it’s a common problem. Super happy that we didn’t need any parts, nor did we have to end up buying a new fridge!
