Great service from the beginning. Went from a quick online communique to live customer service discussions to scheduling a service call for the very next day. All the while respecting and accommodating my availability. The technician Ali was great as well. He diagnosed the problems with both ignitors and subsequently replaced them. All this scheduled, diagnosed and fixed within 24hrs. Some other services were either not reachable after hours or lead times were out 3 weeks!
