Received my brand new Samsung Smart fridge with noticeable dents on the bottom left door. Samsung warranty department referred me to Elite Appliance repair shop. Warranty work through Leon’s. Techs arrived clean, neat and professional. They were here to repair the dryer and even hooked the pipe back up. They arrived on time within the window promised.
They explained what was needed and completed the work. Would call them for non warranty work in future. Work went quicker than expected.

Terrific service and super easy to book appointments with their text service. The technician was fast, super clean with his work area, took care of everything and even wanted to set the clock on my microwave. Terrific on all levels!

Elite came to my house as scheduled.
They emptied my fridge completely and were careful when putting food and shelves ect in my kitchen. They answered my questions and were happy to assist with any other questions I had about my other appliances. Best part is they were able to find problem and fix it the same day.

I purchased this refrigerator new but the ice maker did not work properly from the start. Elite contacted me very quickly and changed the existing ice maker and rectified the issue without any difficulties. Zack was my service person and he was extremely polite and knowledgeable!
