Yuriy and his team finished 50 Lin fit of internal waterproofing with sump pump for my house a few days ago. We have a crawl space in our house that was utilize into a beautiful family room. Many thanks to a Quality Age Build team for their hard work and to Yuriy for his efficiency in leading the entire project. The job was completed within a month as it was stated in the agreement. Yuriy is very responsible in coordinating city inspections and assisting with general inquiries.
We were happy to see him on site daily as he was fully engaged in the working process.

Quality Age were retained to rebuild the porch and concrete steps Work was completed in a reasonable time but concrete contained air bubbles. The steps were parged to improve appearances. This parging crumbled by March 2021 within six months of completion.

Because of the issue with the concrete other contractors refused to take corrective action.

The owner initially took responsibility but then stopped responding to
Texts/ voice mail.

Subsequent to the initial review Quality Age returned on site and supplemented the backfill that had subsided over the winter and undertook restorative work on the concrete steps. Although little can easily be done to eliminate the air bubbles formed in the concrete during the initial work I appreciate the efforts by Yuri to rectify the situation.

It has been great dealing with Yuriy. He is reliable, answer my call all the time ( unlike other trades that I have dealt with), efficient. He communicates to me very well with the plan or issues and leave me with no doubt i my mind . His work ( retaining wall) is bigger than what I expected. He arranges to clean up after job is done. Excellent person to deal with. I will certainly use him again for any concrete work in future. I would not hesitate to refer him to anybody else. Believe me, You won;t regret dealing with him !!!

We live in a century home and our main sewer line pipe was cracked and needed to be repaired. The Quality Age Build team completed this heavy duty job within a weeks time. They were on time, completed eight hour long days and didn't miss a beat. HIGHLY recommend this company to assist with waterproofing and their concrete work is superb!

We heard about Quality Age Build from a friend who had used them for his basement waterproofing. We are currently renovating our basement and decided to waterproof the interior. Quality Age Build contracted to repair a basement water leak by waterproofing from the exterior of my house. After the job the basement leaked with the first heavy rain. After I complained to Yuri and Cameron and both promised to get back to me, they refused to answer my calls. I have left numerous messages to no avail. While doing the job I questioned the workers about the fact that the excavation was not 8 feet deep (as the contract specified), the waterproofing membrane was in multiple pieces, rather than a continuous piece, the wall was not cleaned before application of the liquid membrane and our property was not protected during the job. The mess they made of the grass took a month to recover. They finished in a couple of hours, rather than the 1 1/2 days I was told the job would take and they told me that they did not find any cracks. All together this was a slap dash job by a very unscrupulous contractor.

After getting a few quotes, we decided on Quality Age Build because of a trusted friend’s recommendation. I was impressed by the professionalism throughout the process. The quotation process was thorough and went through the waterproofing process in detail. The job was done in a timely matter and the job was fully completed without any loose ends. I will definitely be contacting them in the future for further services. Thank you Yuri!
