Forget about his 2 year warranty that he offers on his work. He will never pick up his calls and even bother to show up on the days he will say he will. He gets most of his contracts from neighbours seeing his work on others property. Just ask the neighbours after the work is done about his reputation, don't ask before work is done you will be mislead. Most people will not be honest with you just in hopes that he will finish their work.
