Hyphen Studio

Our experience with Mehdy from Hyphen Studio is an absolute waste of time and complete disappointment. They showed their true colour right after we sent the payment. We asked them to design a custom home for us but they shamelessly put on a plain template without any consideration of our request. Any request to change is fiercely pushed back by Mehdy. They never paid single visit to the job sit. They don't even know which direction the lot is facing. Many more mistakes were made in their drawings, for instance, a laundry room too small for standard laundry equipment. Once we realized they are no longer trustworthy, we fired them from our project. Now they are comically asking for more money for their incompetent and fraudulent operation after wasting so much money and time for us. Be cautious when you consider this firm.
