Our furnace broke in the middle of January on a Friday night and we were desperate how we can survive in the cold for several days until a technician can come over to diagnose.
We called John on Saturday morning and he was at our property before noon, spent couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the required equipment on the spot and got it delivered to our house first thing Monday morning. The house was warming back by noon and in the afternoon when we came back, furnace was replaced, working area was wiped out and garbage was dumped, like nothing has ever happened.
I definitely recommend for all HVAC needs them since I had rarely seen such responsive, clean, fast, professional and reasonably priced service.

John installed a heat pump for my garage that had a bunch of obstacles he had to work around. He did not cut corners and he made sure the the installation was nice and clean. As a bonus he has helped me with the gas line portion of the standby generator installation, where other gas fitters I asked for this did not know how to do it due to some odd connectors that needed to allow both NG and LP fuel.
It had to be done over a few days as some specialized parts had to be ordered, and he handled all this, I did not have to call him to ask him to come like you have to do with many other contractors.

On top of all this, he is very pleasant to talk to, and will immediately give you a sense that hes a standup and honest person.

I cant recommend him enough!

John responded to my request promptly. He was able to provide the quote as well as the service within 24 hours of my request.

He moved our interior gas line in the kitchen as well as installing an exterior line for the BBQ. He confirmed that everything was up to code.

The job was completed within 2 hours of his arrival to our property.

We ended up calling him again later in the summer for some other work on the heating in our house. Again, his service was prompt and professional.

Arrived home one evening to find water streaming out of the humidifier on our furnace. Called Sarman Air, who was able to come within 15 minutes (wow!) and fixed the issue quickly. I would highly recommend.
