I threw the team a curveball and wildly underestimated how much stuff we needed to move. The team showed up, introduced themselves, checked things off the manifest, and immediately identified there was far more to move than what I indicated/was on the manifest. No matter. Before anything started, we negotiated new terms and price. It was matter of fact, no pressure, very professional. They worked diligently, long, and hard. Making the best of a situation, they were able to bring in an extra team member to speed up the process. Everyone took care with the possessions and were as quick as the circumstances would allow. These folks do great work, Joseph is A+ customer service. Despite the big job that unexpectedly went his, and his team's way, it was nothing but disarming good spirits.

A word to the wise: overestimate how many boxes you need moved so they are adequately resourced/prepared!
