After getting several quotes to replace 10 windows and 2 doors, we hired Amica mainly because of Michaels professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail. He respectfully offered creative solutions that we had not considered that ended up being far superior from what we had in mind originally. He also was very flexible and accommodating with streamlining our applications with the Canada Greener Homes rebate and loan programs. We are happy with the quality of the windows and doors and the installation team was a pleasure to work with. They were very flexible, professional and ensured our needs were met. There were a few adjustments and touch-ups needed and they addressed them in a timely manner. We would gladly use Amica again.
