I am very happy with Local heating and cooling. Their installation team who has taken their time and effort to listen and accommodate my request of installing the new AC unit to the new location which allows us to sleep in our master bedroom without any noise of ac unit running at night time.Overall, I am absolutely satisfy with everything from beginning until the end specially the craftsmanship.

The owner Sina a very high qualified professional. His work the closest you get to perfection. Man of word that goes out of his way to please you. His price the best. I spent a lot of time searching for a good, honest and reliable HVAC contractor. it wasn't easy. After meeting a good dozen contractors I decided to go with local heating cooling. It was mainly because Sina was very responsive from my first call and made me feel very comfortable. He wasn't in it for the money but he was honest about providing me with the best options that could meet our need. Very punctual and in fact showed up 15 min earlier and waited in the car for the visit time, friendly and very knowledgable. He provide a detailed quote with a proper breakdown. Once I made my decision and wanted to go ahead with them he booked me in for an installation very fast. On the day of the installation him and his partner were really professional and meticulous with the installation taking the time to do all the necessary modifications to the existing duct work in order to install the furnace and air conditioner properly. I definitely recommend local heating cooling. My word of advise don't get hung up on the price. The most important part is the installation and service. You can get the most expensive system and if it is not installed properly it will not perform to your expectations.

Hired Sina to run a new gas line to my new Weber NG BBQ. He was very professional, unlike the majority of other people in this business. His communication was great, very knowledgeable and honest with his cost. It was a clean install, he was mindful to run the line unobtrusively, and made it barely noticeable. Sina is the perfect example of a true professional and an example for others to aspire to. I'm glad we used him and will call on him again for any future needs.

I called Local Heating & Cooling to assess my broken A/C. Sina Came by the house within an hour and took a look at it and laid out the options for me, explaining the pros and cons very thoroughly. I chose to get a new Lennox unit and he gave me a fair quote, which I accepted and was able to set me up with the installation appointment the following morning. Sina himself and his assistant came on time and they were finished within 3 hours leaving no mess behind. Everything from the initial assessment, service, price and product is EXCELLENT and i'd be more than happy to use their services again.
