I worked directly with Nav (owner) to negotiate, schedule, and complete the mudroom build in my house. Nav is a great guy, but I'm disappointed that he/his team never came back to complete the job in full.

The mudroom requires at least one more coat of paint, which I mentioned to him the day they finished the job. I messaged & sent him pictures the very next morning showing him the unfinished paint job. I've been trying to get in touch with him since August - sometimes he responds, most of the time he doesn't. Twice we agreed on a date for him to come back and finish the job, and both times he did not show up, nor did he even let me know that he was not coming.

I would not recommend National Contracting Inc. to anyone I know.

I contacted Nav (the owner) through Home Stars and picked him because of his positive reviews and prompt communication. The job was relatively small and yet I felt Nav treated me and the work like I was an important customer at all times. Nav completed the work on time and of particular note is that despite me paying Nav for the entire job he came back to fix an issue we had. Navs actions align with his words! Very professional!

I hired them to build an access door from the garage to the house. For some reason the original homeowners never put one in the house build though most of my neighbours (with houses from the same builder) DO have an access door. It made the garage very much cut off from the rest of the house - and an annoyance in the wintertime especially.

National Contracting Inc were fast, efficient, skilled, and easy to work with. Everything was to code as well - metal fire rated 6 panel door with swing back hinges.
The cut out for the door was not an easy one to do with top LVL support and side supports needs. They also did wire rerouting for the cut out, added a switch & pot lights to make the garage a lot brighter - as well a step and a handrail.

When we noticed that a cap was missing on one rail end, they immediately got a new part to replace the one missing from the kit and installed it. They want you satisfied, so if something is missing or off, let them know. I now very happy to have easy access to my garage and soon to be shop.

This company rocks! Completely gutted and remodeled my bathroom to a very nice updated and modern design. Highly recommend . It's difficult to find a company that delivers what they promise. They delivered in a big way! Thank you very much. Next year they will be doing my other bathroom and maybe even the kitchen!

They completely transformed my basement in just over 4 weeks. The quality and workmanship that was put in to completing the space is amazing! Nav walks you through each and every step, always making himself available to address any issues or last minute changes along the way. The crew was courteous and always on time. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience from start to finish. No surprises. Nav communicated well and was always available when needed throughout the project. The work finished on time and within the quoted budget. The quality of work is second to none. Measure twice cut once. They ensured everything was level and square. Time was taken to ensure things were perfect. They work a full day and always cleaned up any mess made. In a good way, the whole experience was uneventful. They did what they said they were going to do. And by the way, the deck looks FANTASTIC! work.

We hired National Contracting to complete a partial renovation of our kitchen, along with some miscellaneous finishes/repairs. They were fairly priced, and the communication, flexibility and standard of work were very much appreciated. The crew was punctual, respectful and considerate of our home. Would certainly recommend National.

From start to finish, National contracting did an outstanding operation. Nav and his team of hardworking professionals dismantled and removed my old deck, and built me the deck of my dreams: 12'x24' feet of gorgeous cedar, with a pergola and under-deck storage. They even stained/protected it. They're skilled, efficient, tidy, and super nice guys. My job came in on time and on budget - exactly what I hoped and expected. I highly recommend this company!

The National contracting team did a super job of building me a new deck. Nav's approach to his customers is very professional. He takes the time to listen and has great input to the project in hand. His team were also very approachable and accommodating. Clean-up at the end of each day was great. I highly recommend their services and will not hesitate to consult with them first before any new ventures.

From the quote and communication up until the start of the work and then throughout the job, every step was painless and professional. Nav and his team ensured our existing furniture and house were well protected from the renovations. They executed every step of our complete basement renovation with quality and care. They created and installed a completely new bathroom, as well as put up new walls, and paint. Installed doors, fixtures, etc. a complete turn-key service. They were on time and respectful. Nav goes above and beyond in ensuring that every detail is taken care of. He fixed things I didn't even realize needed fixing and didn't charge a dime more. There were no financial surprises at the end of the job and he and his team did not leave until every detail was complete. I would definitely recommend their services and will be calling them back for my next project.
