We were looking to upgrade our master bathroom from the basic version provided by our builder. We shared our vision with Bruno when he came for a site visit. He was punctual, polite and professional on the initial visit while also taking the time to educate us on the specs of the job. He described each phase in the project and provided a detailed estimate by end of day. After reviewing the estimate we agreed to move forward with only one request..."Could this job be completed by Christmas?" Demolition started Monday December 12th and much like and HGTV renovation show everything was executed with precision right to completion on Friday December 23rd. Everything was handled with care, they ensured that multiple surfaces were protected to avoid damage. The entire team did a phenomenal job. Bruno gave his word and he honoured it. Too often we hear horror stories about unreliable companies but "Horizon Reno Group" is a dream come true. Our renovation came in on time, on budget and remained within scope. Bruno gave us the best Christmas gift of 2022 that we will enjoy for many years to come. If we could give him 20 Stars we certainly would have.
