Mint Duct Cleaning

Excellent service. I was apprehensive about letting another duct cleaning company into my house because the previous duct cleaning company totally damaged my furnace and I ended up buying a brand new one. Prior to coming to my house, Ray was very patient in answering all my questions about the process. Ray arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time and said that he will explain the whole cleaning process to me and after that I have the option of not proceeding with cleaning without any cost to me for cancelling. He walked around the house and explained the entire process. He spent 4.5 hours to do a thorough job. The previous duct cleaning companies used to be in and out and took 1.5 hours. I was impressed by how much effort Ray put into cleaning the ducts. He fixed the problem of no air circulation coming from one duct and low pressure air circulation from another duct. Ray let me see the entire process through a video as he was doing the cleaning and only stopped the machine once I was entirely happy. Throughout the process Ray was very gentle with my house and very polite. He went above and beyond to what I would have asked for. I would definitely be hiring this company again with pleasure. Overall it was a very worry free and pleasant experience.
