Ray was amazing to work with. He was very professional and punctual. He takes you step by step through the process. Helps you understand what he's doing and why it's done. I've never experienced someone be so thorough, we just finished some Reno's and the vents look clean as new after Ray was done. Definitely went above and beyond the call of duty.
