He also provided video and pictures for visual proof 3) Competent - it is clear that he is very good at what he does and doesn't cut any corners. 4) He is sincere - he noticed some things in the way my furnace system is set up and made excellent recommendations (e.g. my house needs a return on the main floor and he gave me very good advice about how to go about doing that).
