Ray and Isaiah arrived on time and ready to work. Ray immediately explained what they were going to do and asked us if we have any questions. Ray kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, showing us videos and pictures of the before and after. It’s amazing how clean our ducts look now compared to before, they were so dirty. I can already smell the sanitization that was completed, giving the air a fresh new feel. We are also grateful for all of the advice that Ray gave us regarding the HVAC system and the vents .
