I had Jamie call me very quickly. I explained him the problem, and he gave me a price on the phone. I asked him to follow it by email, so there are no surprises. He sent the quote within a few mins. Derek called me in the afternoon, and completed the job. Although he quoted me for a single spring, I had double spring and he charged me for the extra spring. Derek did an excellent job and adjusted the door and rail track. It opens very smooth and quietly. Im very happy with the job. Price was fair and competitive. From my experience, I would recommend this company for your garage door needs. Thank you Derek and Jamie.

After 30 years, needed to replace Garage Door. After 5 estimates and some research, I chose Access Doors and what a decision. From my dealings with Jamie, to Dereks superb installation skills and Cam adding the final touches in leveling the door from uneven concrete, nothing but hassle free professionalism all the way from beginning to end. Our old wood doors were replaced with insulated steel doors with a wood grain colour to match the front door and gutters. The new door is beautiful, quieter, keeps the garage warmer, and has garnered lots of good compliments from neighbours. We now have different looking foods than the rest of the homes in the cul-de-sac which will definitely add to the value!

We were redoing our garage and had initially been looking at buying a new garage door from a big box store. However, friends highly recommended Access Garage Doors. They provided prompt service and setup a time to come see our detached garage. They provided us good advice in terms of things we might want to consider such as the overall look and ensuring we got an insulated door as we added heating to our garage. In terms of selecting a door, they were excellent - giving us several catalogues to choose from with no pressure to go any which way. When the door arrived, they did a great job of installing it and dealing with potential gaps due to our garage door opening turning out to be not very square/level due to the structure being over 40 years old. They quickly overcame the challenges and provided us a quality, excellent looking door that made our home look much more modern and gave us more usable living space.
