I had the team of Sems come to my house for a cleaning appointment. At the time one technician actually pointed out a big wine stain that was on one of our area rugs. The technician offered to take it away and to get it cleaned which I appreciated. They brought it back and it was cleaned and stain-free. The thoughtfulness and the care that the technicians have from this company is wonderful. Thank you!
