Calgary Egress Windows

We had a window replaced in one of our basement rooms to meet proper basement egress window requirements. From the first point of contact with Calgary Egress Windows to the completion of the job, was a great experience. Paul provided us with a quote in a timely manner, as well as answered all 100 of our questions (maybe not quite that many, but we did have lots). He worked with us when we had some hiccups applying for the building permit. All communication was prompt and professional. We had our job date moved up, which worked to our advantage (I didn't have to try to sleep post night shift when concrete in our basement was being cut and jack hammered). The guys who did the job were very professional and did a great job answering all the questions our kids had. All in all we had a great experience with Calgary Egress Windows and would highly recommend them.
