Vail & Co did a main bathroom renovation for us about 2.5 years ago and we were happy with the outcome. About 6-8 months after completion the grout was crumbling between porcelin floor tiles and Vail & Co, came back twice to repair and re-grout, however the grout still crumbled again. Bryce came over and re-inspected and decided to remove all the tile and heated flooring and found that it was not installed properly. The floor was was re-installed with extreme care to ensure all steps were taken so this would not happen again with no cost to us. Tyler did a great job re-installing the tiles/heated floor and thanks to Rebecca for re-painting the walls and trim.
