The service people that arrived were friendly and personable and arrived within the promised time window. They were also thorough and had their equipment set up more quickly that expected.
Above all else, and what made their service well worth the money, was the time they took to explain all they did and the function of the components of the HVAC system we have (the house is new to us, and formerly was home to three dogs).
That saved us untold time in the future doing self-guided learning about our system.
We opted for a number of extras because we had neither the equipment nor the time to take care of them ourselves, being in the process of moving in.
