Maplebrothers Painting&Renovation is a Richmond-based, residential/commercial, interior/exterior painting company — We are licensed and insured for both liability and workers compensation. Dedicated to meeting client expectations by delivering excellent service and high-quality craftsmanship, we do everything from quick clean-up jobs to detail-oriented high-end projects, single rooms to whole buildings. We also offer rental repaints of offices and living spaces.
We do excellent work because we know the value of good planning. After more than thirteen years in the business, we've learned that quality craftsmanship plus good planning is the secret to success.
What do we mean by "good planning?" Simple: Communication and coordination. We always listen carefully to your particular needs and desires, working with you right from the beginning to make sure we understand and can meet all agreed-upon specifications and expectations. Not all jobs require the same level of craftsmanship or planning.
Once we understand your needs, we'll advise you on the best way to get the job done...and then we'll get to work putting a well-conceived and coordinated plan into action. We'll also continue to communicate with you during all phases of your painting project, keeping you informed of job progress overall and on a day-to-day basis. Communication is a must for getting through a project quickly and efficiently.
We make every effort to stick to the plan, but the best-laid plans can be affected by factors outside of our control (such as weather or waiting for other trades). We do what we can to make adjustments.
When planning and craftsmanship are on track, finishing a project is not a problem. We stick with every job until it's done. After completion, we'll do a walk-through with you to ensure your satisfaction. We want you to feel that we were the solution to your painting problem – never the problem.

Long Story short, miscommunication between Adam (owner) and myself - he honored last years price and worked out a small deal for me for waiting a year for him. His team w/ Danny (on site supervisor) - did an awesome job power washing and painted my exterior. Matched the color perfectly and all details were noted and pictures were sent to ensure the job was done right. Totally recommend - and pricing was fair.

Interior House Painting

Adam and his team are workmanlike, reliable and conscientious.
They skillfully painted my living room, dining room, stair case and entrance hall as well as all ceilings and baseboards.
Adam repaired an area in the stair case that was damaged due to the house settling. Previous painters had painted over it. Adam made it look flawless.
Every area even with minor imperfections was patched and sanded.
Being a perfectionist, Adam re-patched and re-sanded some areas twice.
After the job was completed, I noticed a tiny area that needed a touch-up. I texted Adam to tell him and unbelievably he was here to make amends in under 2 hours!(He was in the area)
This level of accountability, reliability and professional is rarely seen
but greatly appreciated!
