They were prompt and provided exceptional service. The technician came out the same day as promised to repair our dishwasher. He took the time to address all of the issues and resolved them. Excellent, professional and timely service by Max and team!

Our 12 year old washer was acting up. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. As well, he assured us the appliance was worth repairing despite its age. He returned as soon as the replacement parts were available, and also provided advice to reduce the likelihood of needing repairs again. The washer is now working better than it has for years.

I hired a plumber to some work in my condo and replace washing machines hoses with flood protection hoses. He refused to read the instructions because he is a plumber and can connect hoses. When the washing machine would not work, he refused to test the hoses and left stating that I should get a service technician in to fix my broken machine. I telephoned the owner explained that I needed someone asap. He sent the lovely Ighor who declared my machine in excellent condition and then proceeded to sort out the hoses. What a kind gentle man who patiently did all the right things. Thank you Maydone for listening to me and sending me the wonderful Ighor.

Paid $99+ hst for diagnostics. Good technician Max for quickly identifying the issue I was having.

The technician named Alex came on site and had no equipment what so ever to diagnosed what was the issue, he did not even move the dishwasher. After 5 minutes of pushing buttons and "reset" as he said dishwasher was "ok". ( $135.00) Service visit and he left.

We tried the dishwasher right away and dishwasher was signalling the same problem.! ( The issue was not resolve )We called him and the company back right away. Alex did not take the call, the company said we will be receiving a quote to fix the appliance the following day!

Quote was $616.81, based on what? They could not even explain how did they come to this figure with out a proper diagnose equipment.

This did not stop here. The manager Olga, called and left messages at least 3 times to pressure us to approve the quote and get it fix, she was very very "generous"to apply a $20 dollars discount as a new costumers.

We bought a new appliance instead, easier and cheaper.
We do not recommend this company.
We felt deceived and taken.

Service was quick and efficient. Diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve that same day
