Roy took a deposit and never showed up. I called for over 6 weeks. After a while he said he is too busy and will not provide a refund or finish the work because I don't have a contract. His first quoted me at 700. Then he asked for 800. I trusted him and paid upfront. What a mistake! I really hope I can help others not to lose money like a did.
